It is with great joy that we are able to share this evening that the Indiana State Department of Local Government Finance
has approved the Farmished petition to remove the back taxes from the Frank Foundry parcels! This is the final approval step required to transfer the ownership fully into Farmished hands. We will now work with the Auditor’s office to process the DLGF documents and the Treasurer’s office to remove the tax bill. We will then do some title work to remove some of the outstanding issues and the title transfer will be complete. Thank you all for your support through this lengthy process! We can now see the finish line.
